1 cup lukewarm water
1 pkt instant yeast (10g)
1 tbl honey
5 eggs
2½ cups almond flour
10 tbls psyllium husk
1½ tsps salt


Grease a loaf tin. Add the yeast, honey and water to a glass mixing bowl. Mix well then set aside for 5 minutes to allow it to ferment. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl until frothy. Add the almond flour, psyllium and salt and continue to mix with the electric beater. Add the yeast mixture and mix well. Pour into bread pan and place in oven. Bake for 50 minutes on 180° C. Allow the bread to cool completely before removing from the tin. You can sprinkle the top of the bread with seeds of choice.
