INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
4 eggs
1 tsp Himilayan salt
2 cups of fresh cauliflower rice
2 tsps tumeric
METHOD
Beat the eggs in a glass mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Using a spatula, empty the mixture onto a baking sheet that has been lined with a silicon mat. Spread the mixture into an oblong shape almost covering the whole mat. Bake on 180° C for 30 minutes until brown. Using a pizza cutter, cut into six equal pieces. Use this bread for toasted sandwiches or just plain toast.
