1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tsp olive oil
spicy chilli powder/chilli powder to taste
Himilayan salt to taste


Place the pumpkin seeds in a non stick pan on a medium to high heat. Move the seeds continuously with a wooden spatula/spoon. Once heated and the seeds start popping, turn the heat down to medium. Let the seeds continue to pop until no more popping is heard stiring every few seconds. Remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Give the seeds a good mix. When completely cool, store in an airtight glass jar.
