1 x 300g fresh cauliflower florets
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp Himalayan salt
unsalted butter


Steam the cauliflower until almost soft. Put the cauliflower florets into a greased roasting pan. Place dollops of butter all over the cauliflower. Mix the spices together and sprinkle over the cauliflower. Place in a hot oven on 210°. After a few minutes when the butter has melted, give the cauliflower a good mix and bake for about 20 minutes or until the spices are well absorbed and the cauliflower roasted to a golden colour.
