11/2 cups steamed mashed pumpkin
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbls psyllium husk
1 egg whisked
2 tsps olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder


Place all the ingredients in a glass mixing bowl and mix well. Place half the dough onto a good quality silicone mat and with the palm of your hand, spread the dough to form a thin pizza base. Bake on 200° for 20 minutes until cooked and crispy around the edges. Repeat with remaining dough. This recipe makes two standard size pizzas or four small ones. Once the base has cooked, let it cool, turn it over and spread with tomato pizza sauce, mozzarella and toppings of choice.
