1 cup fine almond flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 room temperature free range eggs
2 tbs sour cream
2 tbs butter melted
1 cup grated Tussers/white cheddar cheese


Place the almond flour, salt, grated cheese and baking powder in a glass bowl. Put the eggs, sour cream, melted butter in another bowl and whisk with an electric whisk until well mixed. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix with the electric whisk. Place the topping on top of the pot pie mixture and level out with a spatula. Bake on 180° C until golden brown and cooked. Approximately 35 minutes.
