INGREDIENTS

30g cream cheese
2 eggs
sprinkle of garlic powder

METHOD

Let the ingredients get to room temperature. Put them in a blender and blend until smooth. Grease a brownie pan with with Spray ‘n Cook and pour the mixture into the pan tilting into all corners. Bake at 170° C for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then remove the “pasta” from the pan. Roll up the “pasta” gently and cut into rings. Open the rings before placing on the plate. Serve with a topping of choice.
