3 eggs
120g cream cheese
1 pinch salt
½ tbls psyllium husk powder
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cream of tatar


Separate the eggs into two different glass mixing bowls, yolks in one and whites in the other. Beat the whites with the cream of tartar until very stiff. Add the soft room temperature cream cheese to the egg yolks and beat with an electric mixer. Add the psyllium husk, salt and baking powder. Beat until well combined. With a spatula, fold in the egg whites gently incorporating air into the mixture. Place a silicon mat on a baking sheet and spoon six equal amounts of mixture onto the sheet. Bake at 150° C for 20 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Garlic powder can be added too.
