INGREDIENTS
6 tbls almond flour
2 tbls coconut flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
½ tsp baking powder
2 free range eggs
2 tsps erythritol powder
2 tbls coconut oil melted
METHOD
Whisk the dry ingredients together and then add the wet ingredients. Mix well. Put into a piping bag and pipe into an electric mini donut maker one by one. Allow to cool and dip in melted chocolate or sprinkle with cinnamon and erythritol while still warm.
