INGREDIENTS
8 gelatine leaves
750ml filtered boiling water
250ml GUDGU sugar free cordial
METHOD
Put the gelatine leaves in a little cold filtered water. In a glass measuring jug, add the cordial and fill with boiling water to make 1 litre. Squeeze the gelatine leaves and add them to the jug. Mix until dissolved and transfer the liquid to a glass dish of choice. Refrigerate overnight for the perfect jelly.
