INGREDIENTS

600g chicken wings (tips removed)
2 tbls honey/xylitol syrup
2 heaped tsps chilli powder
2 heaped tsps garlic powder
2 heaped tsps paprika
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
2 heaped tsps celery salt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a glass mixing bowl and mix well. Add the chicken wings and toss them to coat well. Marinade for at least one hour. Place them on a greased non stick baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes on 160°C. Then turn your oven to 200° and let them cook for another 10 minutes.
