thinly cut lamb loin chops
olive oil
fresh lemon juice
a little white pepper


Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the chops massaging it into the chops. Allow to marinade for one hour. Cook chops on a grill pan.

For the Greek potatoes, use the same ingredients but add a cup of chicken stock. Mix together. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place in a stainless steel dish. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and mix well. Cook on 200° C until the potatoes are cooked and brown. All the liquid will eventually evaporate and the olive oil will remain.
