INGREDIENTS
1 large fresh hake fillet
1 cup double cream yogurt
80ml pouring cream
1/3 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic flakes
1/2tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
80ml fresh chopped parsley
finely grated cheddar cheese to sprinkle
METHOD
Place the fish in a greased ovenproof dish. Mix all the ingredients together excepting the cheese. Pour over the fish. Bake on 200° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese over the fish bake and place back in the oven until the cheese is golden brown. Remove from the oven and flake the fish in the sauce. Serve with a side of choice.
