INGREDIENTS
140g grated full fat mozzarella cheese
55g full fat cream cheese
1 free range egg beaten
170g almond flour
METHOD
Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a glass mixing bowl. Cover the bowl and microwave for two minutes. Mix in the beaten egg with the back of a spoon. Add the almond flour and mix. Using your hands, knead the dough until all the ingredients are well combined. The dough is ready for use in pizzas, pies, calzones, sausage rolls and more.
