INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
250ml buttermilk
2 tsps paprika
2 tsps garlic powder
2 tsps onion powder
2 tsps cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp fine black pepper
TO COOK
olive oil
seasoned almond flour
METHOD
Mallet the chicken breasts to flatten them a little. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a glass bowl and put the chicken into the mixture. Cover with cling film and marinate over night. Let the chicken get to room temperature properly. Place almond flour with seasoning of choice in a flat dish. Let the buttermilk drip off the chicken and then coat it with the almond flour. Shall fry in olive oil. Eat as is or assemble burger style.
