INGREDIENTS
1½ cups almond flour
115g melted butter
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup erythritol
1 large egg
1 tbls gelatine
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
Combine flour, gelatine, baking powder and erythritol in a bowl. Whisk together the butter, vanilla and egg. Add dry to wet. Mix in choc chips. Bake on 175° C for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before removing to a storage container.
