INGREDIENTS

 300g packet cauliflower florets
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup pecorino/Parmesan
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 eggs
2 tsps garlic powder
Himilayan salt

METHOD

Steam cauliflower until soft and mash. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Using your hands, form the tots into cylinder or round shapes placing them onto a well greased baking sheet or silicone mat. Bake on 220°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.

NOTES

Feel free to add your own spices. I added a little Banting chilli spice and Health O’ Mat instead of the salt available from Authentic Thyme Spice. Add some dry herb mixes as well for extra taste.
