INGREDIENTS
1 x 300g pkt fresh cauliflower florets
1 cup almond flour
80 ml coconut flour
3 eggs
80 ml finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tsps white pepper
Himilayan salt
2 tsps baking powder
1 finely chopped onion
crushed garlic powder
coconut oil for cooking

METHOD

Steam the cauliflower until soft and mash it making sure there is no excess water in the cauliflower. If you have to, after mashing the cauliflower, simmer it on a very low heat until any excess water has evaporated. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Using a good quality non stick pan, add a little coconut/olive oil and heat up on a medium heat. Form the rostis one by one into a patty and place in the pan to cook. Make sure the rosti has browned properly before turning it to brown on the other side,

NOTES

Always remember to add your own touch to a recipe. There are no real quantities when it comes to spices and garlic.  Add these ingedients according to your taste.
