INGREDIENTS

1 cup caulirice
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 egg beaten
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp Himalayan salt
½ tsp dry crushed garlic

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a glass mixing bowl. Mix well. Place the mixture on a silicon mat on a baking tray and using the back of a tablespoon or your hand, spread the mixture to form a pizza. Bake on 200° C for 15 minutes. Allow the pizza base to cool. Turn the base over, smear with a little tomato sauce, then the mozzarella and toppings of choice. Bake for a further 15 minutes on 200° C or until the cheese has melted.
