1 x pkt fresh shredded cabbage/spinach combo (Food Lover’s) or
1 pkt shredded/chopped cabbage and one pkt
chopped spinach
4 tbls butter
3 tbls olive oil
2 tbls spicy chili powder
2 tbls cumin seeds
Himilayan salt to taste
ground black pepper
1 tbl tumeric
2 large Banting friendly cheese grillers cooked and sliced


Melt butter and add some olive oil in a large saucepan or wok. Add cabbage/spinach. Sauté until almost cooked on a medium heat mixing regularly. Add the rest of the ingredients mixing thoroughly. Add sliced cheese grillers or any Banting/LCHF friendly cooked sausage of choice and mix well.
