INGREDIENTS
400ml almond flour
2 tbls coconut flour
2 tbls psyllium husk
3 heaped tsps baking powder
1 tsp Himilayan salt
150ml buttermilk
4 eggs
METHOD
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. Beat eggs and buttermilk till frothy with an electric beater. Add to dry ingredients and continue to beat with an electric beater until well mixed. Put mixture into a greased bread pan and bake at 190° for 40 minutes.
