INGREDIENTS

2 cups fresh broccoli/cauli rice
80ml grated cheddar cheese
4 spring onions finely chopped
½ tsp Health ‘O’ Mat
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
60ml olive oil
2 eggs
4 thin slices ham cut into small little blocks

METHOD

Put all the ingredients into a glass bowl and mix well. Drop a heaped tablespoon of mixture onto a greased waffle maker. Close the lid and cook until golden brown.
