INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella
5 tbls butter
1 large egg

METHOD

Put the mozzarella and the butter into a glass bowl. Put the dry ingredients into another bowl and mix. Microwave the mozzarella and butter for 60 seconds or until both are melted.  Add the egg and mix. Add the dry ingredients and mix. Knead the doe with your hands now until well combined. Place a silicone mat on a baking sheet and begin to roll the bread sticks. Make them as long or as short as you like. You can sprinkle them with sesame or poppy seeds too. Bake on 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow them to cool completely before handling them.
