INGREDIENTS
3 heaped tbls almond flour
1 tbl olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
METHOD
Beat the egg first in a small bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients. Using the back of a dessert spoon, mix well so there are no lumps. Grease a small bowl or cup and transfer the mixture making sure it is level on top. Microwave for 90 seconds.
TIP
Add some herbs or spices of your choice to the mixture before cooking. I added the Woolworths coconut, chilli, lime & black sesame seed grind.
