INGREDIENTS
sirloin steak cooked and cut into thin slices
6 cooked bok choy cleaned, trimmed and cooked in olive oil and fresh chopped garlic
1 onion halved and thinly sliced
1 tsp fish oil
2 tsp garlic/ginger paste
3 tbls coconut oil
2 tsps dried chilli flakes
1 tsp cracked black pepper
60 ml Bragg soy sauce
¼ tsp glucomannan/xanthan gum
¼ tsp stevia powder
roasted sesame seeds
METHOD
Put the coconut oil into a pan and add the onion. Sauté until cooked. Add the garlic/ginger paste and give it a good stir. Add the chilli flakes, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sweetner and fish oil. Mix well and sauté for a few minutes. Mix the thickener with a teaspoon of water and stir it into the pan mixture until it thickens slightly. Add the meat and bok choy. Mix well. Dish up and serve with roasted sesame seeds.
