INGREDIENTS

400g fatty beef mince
2 slices Banting buttermilk bread broken up
2 tsps white pepper
1 onion finely grated/chopped
2 tbls finely chopped fresh parsley
1 handful finely chopped fresh mint
1 tbls crushed garlic powder
2 eggs
80 ml olive oil
2 tbls Natural barbeque grill seasoning
1 grated tomato

METHOD

Put all the ingredients into a glass dish. Mix well using your hands. Leave for an hour outside of the fridge. Firm the hamburger patties and cook in a non stick pan in a little coconut oil or on a grill. Cook on a medium heat until cooked and browned on both sides.
