INGREDIENTS
450g fillet steak malleted and cut into strips
¾ green bell pepper cut into strips
¾ red bell pepper cut into strips
200g steamed fresh broccoli florets
1 white onion cut into 8 wedges
1 tsp powdered garlic
1 tsp powdered ginger
¼ tsp xantham gum
½ tsp stevia powder
80ml soy sauce
cracked black pepper
butter for frying
olive oil for frying
METHOD
Fry the steak strips in butter and olive oil until just cooked. After steaming the broccoli cut the larger florets into smaller ones. Remove the steak from the frying pan. Add the onion and bell pepper strips. Sauté until slightly soft. Add the pepper, ginger and garlic. Stir well. In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, stevia and xantham gum. Pour over the mixture in the frying pan and stir until the mixture thickens. Add the steak and broccoli to the frying pan and mix well. Serve on lowcarb noodles.
