1 packet fresh green beans trimmed, cut in half and steamed
1 onion finely chopped
3 medium grated tomatoes
Himalayan salt to taste
a little cracked black pepper
2 tsps crushed garlic or to taste
a little sweetener of choice
125ml olive oil
1 tbls tomato paste
80ml lemon juice
2 tsps oregano


Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes on a low heat. Add all the ingredients excepting the beans. Cook the tomato sauce for at least 15 minutes. Add the beans and mix well. Drizzle with a little more olive oil.
