INGREDIENTS

4 large ripe bananas mashed
3 large eggs
¼ cup xylitol maple flavour syrup or honey
¼ cup avocado oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
¼ tsp salt
3 cups almond flour

METHOD

Put mashed bananas into a glass mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients excepting the almond flour. Whisk until well mixed. Stir in almond flour gently with a spoon until well combined. Pour the batter into loaf a well greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes on 175° C.
