240g salmon fillet
juice of a ¼ fresh lime
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chilli flakes
30 ml fresh finely chopped parsley
1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
½ tsp Himalayan salt
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp honey


Excepting for the salmon, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place the salmon in a shallow greased oven proof dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon making sure it is well coated. Cover with cling film and leave to marinade at room temperature for at least one hour. Remove the cling film and bake in an oven on 220° C for 8 minutes. Serve with a side of choice.
