INGREDIENTS
1 cup grated mozzarella
1½ tbls cream cheese
½ cup almond flour
1 egg
½ tsp garlic powder
METHOD
Put the mozzarella and cream cheese in a deep glass mixing bowl. Cover and microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and add the dry ingredients and mix. Add the egg and mix in well. Let the dough cool for a few minutes. Divide in half for two small pizzas or keep as is for one medium pizza and using the back of a spoon push the dough into a greased pizza pan. Bake on 200° C for 6 minutes or until just starting to brown. Remove and add toppings of choice and grated mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted or as desired.
