INGREDIENTS
1 tbls almond flour
1 tbls coconut flour
a little salt seasoning
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tbls melted butter
1 egg
1 tbls almond milk
1 tbls finely grated cheese of choice
METHOD
Mix the the dry ingredients together and the wet in a separate bowl. Then I mix both together with the back of a dessert spoon to make sure there’s no lumps. Then add in a tbls of grated cheese and mix well. Put the mixture into a deep greased ramekin and even out. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Cut the bread in half and toast it on a sandwich press.
