ROTIS

INGREDIENTS
2 tbls macadamia flour/fine almond flour
2 tbls coconut flour
1 tbls psyllium husks
1 tbls melted ghee
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup hot full cream milk
1 tsp fennel seeds (optional)

METHOD

Place all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add the ghee, water and milk to a cup and warm until the ghee is melted and everything is hot. Add to the dry ingredients and mix with the back of a spoon. Roll the dough out and cut the rotis using a small saucer for two rotis or for one larger roti, a side plate. Cook in a non stick frying pan until browned on both sides with a little ghee.
