30g cream cheese
1 level tsp psyllium husks
Heat the cream cheese slightly in the microwave. Whisk all the ingredients well together. Grease a brownie pan with with Spray ‘n Cook and pour the mixture into the pan tilting into all corners. Bake at 170° C for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then remove the “pasta” from the pan. Roll up the “pasta” gently and cut into rings. Open the rings before placing in the plate. Serve with a topping of choice.
