CHIA 1

INGREDIENTS

½ cup cold brewed coffee
½ cup full fat coconut milk
1 heaped tbl almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbls xylitol maple flavour syrup
1 tbl cacao powder
¼ cup chia seeds

METHOD

Blend brewed coffee, coconut milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cocoa powder in a blender. Pour mixture into a bowl. Add chia seeds and stir well. Fill two little jars with tops. Place in refrigerator overnight. Give the mixture a stir every now and then.
