30g cream cheese
1 level tsp psyllium husk
Heat the cream cheese slightly in the microwave. Blend all the ingredients well together in a blender. Grease a brownie pan with with Spray ‘n Cook and pour the mixture into the pan tilting into all corners. Bake at 160° C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and then remove the “pasta” from the pan. Roll up the “pasta” and cut into rings. Serve with a topping of choice.
