JELLY

INGREDIENTS

8 gelatine leaves
750ml filtered water
250ml GUDGU sugar free cordial

METHOD

Put the gelatine leaves in a little cold water.  In a glass jug add the cordial and fill with water to make 1 litre. Warm slightly. Squeeze the gelatine leaves and add them to the jug. Mix until dissolved and transfer the liquid to a glass dish of choice. Refrigerate overnight for the perfect jelly.
