MINCE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

285g grated mozzarella
145g almond flour
1 egg beaten
1 tsp baking powder

METHOD

Place the cheese in a glass bowl and melt for two minutes in the microwave. Give it a mix and add the egg mixing with the back of a spoon. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix a little more and then knead the dough for a few minutes until it all the ingredients come together properly. Press out on a Silpat on a baking sheet and bake on 180° C for 15 minutes. Remove and spread with crushed tomato passata. Add toppings of choice and finish off with grated mozzarella cheese and a sprinkling of origanum. Bake until golden brown. This dough makes two medium size pizzas or one large.
