INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tbls honey

METHOD

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Do not boil it. Remove it from the heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients.  Using a stick blender, blend the mixture until frothy. Pour into a mug and sip slowly.
