CAULIFLOWER HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

300g fresh cauliflower florets
2 tsps cumin powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp fresh chopped garlic
3 tbls tahini
water to thin out hummus
2 tbls fresh lemon juice
80ml olive oil
olive oil for drizzling
paprika to sprinkle on top

METHOD

Steam the cauliflower. Allow it to cool and put it in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. Remove to a bowl and add more water little by little to get to the desired consistency. To serve drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
